Goat Cheese Stuffed Figs


This could also be done with dates!



  1. Remove any tough stems from figs.
  2. Cut a small slit to create a pocket in each fig.
  3. Using a knife, stuff approximately 1 tsp. of goat cheese into pocket of each fig.
  4. Cut bacon slices in half and wrap around figs.
  5. Place seam side down on foil lined baking sheet.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic and broil for 6-8 minutes watching carefully .
  7. Drizzle again with balsamic and serve!
